90bdt Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User") and 90bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 90bdt website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and all associated services (collectively "the Services"). By accessing the Services in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and 90bdt. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall prevail.

90bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Services and close your account.

To be eligible to register an account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 90bdt strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request proof of age documentation at any point. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party, and all funds deposited into your account are from a legitimate personal source.
• You have not previously had an account closed by 90bdt for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making rational financial decisions. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties that impair your judgment, please contact our responsible gaming support before depositing.

90bdt may at any time request documentation to verify that you meet eligibility criteria. This may include a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension pending verification.

90bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 90bdt does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts — your deposit method must be registered in your own name and must match the details on your 90bdt account.

The following financial limits apply to all accounts unless a higher limit has been approved in writing by 90bdt following a KYC review:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Standard daily withdrawal limit: ৳50,000 (subject to KYC tier)
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 90bdt. Any unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

90bdt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus abuse policy.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the timeframe stipulated by 90bdt.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring 90bdt to suspend or close the account.

Where an account is closed at your own request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, 90bdt may withhold some or all funds pending resolution of the breach.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services, you agree to first contact 90bdt support at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for the dispute to be resolved informally before initiating any formal proceedings.

90bdt is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with support, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution process. 90bdt will not be bound by any outcome in proceedings that were commenced without first exhausting the informal resolution process described above.
